Mixing And Discharge Auger Buckets

Several different versions of the Mixing and Discharge Auger Buckets are available. All mixing and discharge buckets and discharge only buckets will discharge the material out of the bucket using two multi-link chutes (included). All the models except the asphalt bucket (which has a metal auger), have an auger with rubber flighting which seals the discharge opening allowing transport of bulk materials including cement without loss of material. Buckets designated as mixing and discharge buckets have extra paddles on the auger shaft for mixing of the materials; mixing is done by reversing the direction of the hydraulic flow turning the auger backwards. Buckets designated as discharge buckets do not have the extra paddles on the auger and will not mix materials nearly as well when reversing the auger, so if you are distributing materials such as cement that needs mixing before distribution, then you need the mixing bucket models. These buckets will distribute concrete, sand, washed gravel (3/4 inches maximum), agricultural grains, and wildlife feeds. Buckets are available in discharge only models and mixing/discharge models with heavy service hydraulic motors for mixing and/or discharge of heavy or dry materials, as well as a model with discharge auger and heavy service high temperature motor for use with asphault (asphalt model has metal auger).

• Skid steer loader mounted, hydraulic motor powered auger buckets with just a discharge auger or with a discharge and mixing auger, depending upon the model



• Auger buckets designated as mixing augers have extra paddles on the rubber flighted auger shaft so that when you are in mixing mode and operate the auger in the reverse direction, the bucket effectively keeps the material mixed until you are ready to discharge the loader by reversing the direction of the auger rotation and auger the material down the discharge chute.



• Auger buckets designated as discharge buckets do not have the extra paddles of the mixing auger, and when you reverse the motor direction it will not mix the material nearly as well.



• The buckets have a standard capacity of 1/2 yard which is 22 of the 80 lb. bags of premix concrete, optional hopper extension is available to boost capacity to 3/4 yard (33 bags of premix concrete weighing 80 lbs. each).



• Buckets have accurate and controlled discharge, 1/2 yard in 50 seconds



• Horizontal steel auger with Eaton hydraulic motor drive



• Replaceable protective rubber flighting (on all models except asphalt bucket) prevents blinding of course material



• Augers with rubber flighting form good seal at discharge opening to prevent leaking of material when materials are being transported (either with auger off or with auger running backwards in mixing mode)



• All models except the asphalt bucket have auger shafts with rubber flighting. The asphalt auger bucket has an auger shaft with metal flighting.



• Attaches to skid steer and tractor loaders having universial skid steer quick attach compatable bucket connections on the loader arms



• Quick attach mounting frame on both sides of bucket allows discharge of material to either left or right side



• Buckets are self-loading from loose piles (turn bucket downward and scoop in material)



• Buckets give you excellent operator visibility



• 7 ft. hoses with flat faced couplers included
