International Orders

1. If you are an individual, or company without an agent or affiliate in the United States, then payment would be by wire transfer.

2. If you have an office or affiliate in the United States, then payment can be by check drawn on a U.S. bank.

3. All prices shown on our web site and quoted to you will be in U.S. dollars unless indicated otherwise.

4. We can broker truck shipments going to Canada (otherwise you would use your own broker). Shipments sent by UPS or Fedex Ground can be brokered by UPS Or Fedex, or your broker. UPS Or Fedex will contact you when the package is at the border and ask you what you want to do.

A. Brokerage Of Truck Shipments to Canada, we can broker the shipment and collect the brokerage fee and collect the GST And Provincial Tax, or HST tax (depends upon the province as to what applies); there should be no duties under NAFTA for Canadian shipments. If you do not know which tax applies to your location, then click on the link at the end of this paragraph for an explanation. We charge a brokerage fee of $145.00 per shipment for truck shipments. The amount you pay us would cover all fees so the shipment is free and clear to your final delivery location.

B. You can use your own broker in Canada and pay them for all fees on your side of the border, and just pay us for merchandise plus shipping.

5. Shipping Charges: Overseas shipments can be sent either by Ocean Freight or Air Freight. Ocean Freight is the most reasonable, and will take 30 days on the water, to most locations worldwide after it has left the U.S. port. Ocean freight as an approximation will cost a minimum of $500.00 to $750.00 and higher depending upon the weight. Air freight is rarely econimical for anything other than items weighing less than 500 lbs. Air freight on small items will be from approximately $100.00 to $500.00. IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT ORDERING, please request a freight quote.

6. Payment on all overseas shipments must be made by bank wire transfer. If we have quoted you freight cost, then fill out our order form and we will send you back a copy of our invoice showing all charges, and we will send our bank information for payment.
