International Orders

1. If you are an individual, or company without an agent or affiliate in the United States, then payment would be by wire transfer.

2. If you have an office or affiliate in the United States, then payment can be by check drawn on a U.S. bank.

3. All prices shown on our web site and quoted to you will be in U.S. dollars unless indicated otherwise.

4. We can broker truck shipments going to Canada (otherwise you would use your own broker). Shipments sent by UPS or Fedex Ground can be brokered by UPS Or Fedex, or your broker. UPS Or Fedex will contact you when the package is at the border and ask you what you want to do.

A. Brokerage Of Truck Shipments to Canada, we can broker the shipment and collect the brokerage fee and collect the GST And Provincial Tax, or HST tax (depends upon the province as to what applies); there should be no duties under NAFTA for Canadian shipments. If you do not know which tax applies to your location, then click on the link at the end of this paragraph for an explanation. We charge a brokerage fee of $145.00 per shipment for truck shipments. The amount you pay us would cover all fees so the shipment is free and clear to your final delivery location.

B. You can use your own broker in Canada and pay them for all fees on your side of the border, and just pay us for merchandise plus shipping.

Overseas Shipments Outside North America For Large Merchandise Requiring Ocean or Air Freight (for small parts see item 6)

5. For large, heavy items shipping by either air freight or ocean freight, you will need to contract with a freight forwarder and get them to quote you cost and make the arrangements. The dimensions for most items are shown; you can assume these are the dimensions for the items themselves. These dimensions will not include size of any packaging. We will ship the items to your forwarder on untreated pallets as is standard for U.S. shipments.

Special packaging/crating, for overseas shipment will have to be provided by the forwarder you contract with. Also note: we will ship the merchandise to your forwarder's warehouse. This merchandise is your property as soon as you pay for it and we ship it to the specified location; either you or your forwarder should be named as the exporter of record when the shipment is shipped overseas. Wikco.Com will not be the exporter of record and will not complete any export paperwork as the merchandise is not ours after payment, is not in our possession, and we are not shipping it overseas; please make sure your forwarder is aware of this when you contract with them and make them agree to this. The exporter of record will either have to be the forwarding company or you depending upon regulations; your forwarding company should provide you will all necessary paperwork.

6. For items that can normally ship by UPS or Fedex Package service or U.S. Post Office, you can contact us for a freight quote as we will ship those items.

7. Payment on all overseas shipments must be made by bank wire transfer. We will send you back a copy of our invoice showing all charges, and we will send our bank information for payment.
