Rotary Draw Bender

Model RDB-125 Hydraulic Electric Rotary Ratchet Type Draw Bender. This unit is a powered version of the basic ratchet style model 100 bender. The unit is complete with a self-contained hydraulic pump and electric motor; plugs into a 110 volt outlet. Model RDB-125 bender has a maximum bending capacity of 2.5 inch diameter tubing with .120 wall, and 2 inch schedule 40 pipe, 2 inch chromolly tubing with .120 wall, and 2 inch square tubing with .120 wall. Maximum center line radius on all sizes is 7 inches. Model RDB-125 is a professional quality bender at a lower price that still allows you to do quality production bends.

• Model 125 rotary draw bender will produce the same quality of bends as our larger rotary draw machines, due to the fact the it uses the same world class tooling as the other models (see our index for our larger rotary draw benders)



• Bender is driven by a single hydraulic cylinder on a ratcheting wheel that is similar in concept to the RDB-100 but model 125 is powered by a 110 volt electric motor powering a self-contained hydraulic pump



• Comes standard with the quick release counter die system which allows you to un-load and re-load the machine quickly



• Bender gives you the ability to advance a bend because of the unique ratchet wheel, and you can hold your bend every 8 degrees, these features allow you to save on material costs



• Bender is ideal for bending hand rail, marine products, racing chassis, roll cages, fences, gates, furniture frames, stainless plumbing



• Bends to 195 degrees (bends past 180 degrees to account for springback when you want to bend a 180 degrees)
