Electric Hydraulic Rotary Draw Benders

The Rotary Draw Benders are available in models with either a self-contained hydraulic power unit, or electric powered. Several models of RMD benders are available with different capacities for bending pipe, tubing (including Chromolly, regular round, square), and flat stock, angle iron, solid rod (steel, aluminum, and stainless). The units have manual stops and scales to measure degrees of bend, and several models can be purchased with optional controller so you can program as many as 20 different piece programs with up to 10 bends per program. The powered Rotary Draw Benders are for precision bending for production or prototype work; if you need precision bending, then one of the power Rotary Draw Benders is what you should look at. These benders are great for bending hand rail, motorcycle frames, roll cages and hundreds of other items. The RMD benders are made in the U.S.A.. Many die sets are available, and listed at the bottom of this page. The die sets are extra, and DO NOT COME WITH ANY OF THE BENDERS.

RDB-175 pipe bender is a powerful machine capable of bending 2 inch schedule 40 pipe and up to 2 1/2 inch tubing with a wall thickness of .120 inch mild steel

The RDB-175 pipe bender is capable of 9 inch center line radius, and can easily bend 2 times the outside diameter depending on the wall thickness of the material. This model is a high speed version that returns at almost 300 percent of the bend rate, increasing production dramatically. This is a hands free model that is foot pedal controlled, and is great for serpentine bends such as bike racks

Programming is true, since the die head is measured. Other machines on the market measure cylinder placement, which doesn't give you true placement of the angle.

CLR (center line radius) on this machine is 9 inches, giving you the capacity for most applications.

This is design and layout software to allow you to layout all dimensions, including the start of the bend, end of bend, and center of bend, and from either direction. Use the software to set up the bend sequence and enter it into any of the programable benders; by using the program instead of trial and error, you will be able to design the bends faster, and without material waste, making bending much more profitable.

The software will allow you to increase your productivity, and make tube bending a profitable custom job you can do for other customers as well. We especially recommend using the program with any of the RMD benders, especially the programable benders, but can be used to increase productivity on any bender whether programable or not.
