SHIPPING CHARGES - If the price on the product page says DELIVERED, then no additional shipping charges are required for standard delivery in the 48 states. If a shipping amount is shown for standard delivery, then add that amount in the Shipping Amount Box below. If special services are required, then add those charges to any shipping charge and enter the total of all shipping charges in the shipping charges box below. The special services below only pertain to shipments by truck (not UPS). Items are marked on the product page whether they ship by truck or UPS package service.

A. Lift Gate - add this service on truck shipments if you do not have a forklift or other means to unload the shipment at your facility and you need the shipment dropped to the ground - ADD $75.00 shipping cost.

B. Inside Delivery Service - add this service on truck shipments if you need lift gate service and you also cannot move the shipment inside your building, also ADD $50.00 to the shipping cost.
