How To Order Replacement Parts
We sell factory replacement parts for the products we sell at www.wikco.com. To order parts and/or find the parts you need, we request you follow the following procedure.
Parts Orders - To order parts you will need the part number. You should look up the part needed in your parts manual and E-mail the parts department. We will let you know price and availability. If you do not have the parts manual but purchased the product from us we will e-mail you the parts list at your request if needed.
IF YOU NEED TO PURCHASE PARTS, BUT DIDNOT PURCHASE THE ITEM DIRECTLY FROM US, and do not have the parts list, then you will have to purchase a parts manual. If you have questions, e-mail us at the parts department, if you need to order a manual, click on the order form button, and in the item box put the product model number and type "parts/operator manual". Cost is $20.00 for most manuals including shipping if they need to be mailed - IN MOST CASES HOWEVER THEY WILL BE E-MAILED TO YOU. Manuals can be paid for by credit card.
REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE IN MOST CASES - MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT PART.
PARTS ORDERS UNDER $300.00 CAN BE PAID FOR VIA CREDIT CARD - ALL OTHER PARTS ORDERS SHOULD BE PAID FOR BY CHECK.
WE DO NOT EXPRESS SHIP PARTS OR ANY OTHER ITEMS; Expect 5-6 days for delivery.
